	Simpson O. (Skip) Brown, Jr., President and CEO Skip Brown has more than 24 years’ experience in the banking industry, most recently as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Executive with the Atlantic Region of Bank of America. He received both his BA and MBA from Wake Forest University. He is very active in the community serving on the Board of Trustees of Wake Forest University, in addition to the Boards of Directors of Arbor Acres Retirement Home, the Better Business Bureau and the Children’s Center for Developmental Needs. He also volunteers with Samaritan Industries and coaches basketball for Mount Tabor Methodist Church.
	Mark R. Evans, Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer Mark Evans has 20+ years of experience in banking including his most recent position as Senior Vice President of Wachovia Bank/First Union . There he was consistently recognized in the top quartile of commercial market segment. He was also credited with affecting turnaround of citywide and commercial bank performance. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics. He has served the boards of the Enrichment Center, LISC, the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce, served as Treasurer of the Arts Council of Winston-Salem, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Winston-Salem.
	Donald E. Brown, CLU, ChFC, CFP®, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, Vice President, Financial Services Don Brown has over 18 years of experience with insurance and investments. He has obtained his Certified Financial Planner certification and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) certification in addition to being a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. He holds a BS and an MA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Saint Louis University. Don's community activities include membership in the Elks Club and coaching youth sports. He is actively involved as a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. He is also a member of the Winston-Salem Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, the North Carolina Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the Financial Planning Association.
